Since becoming an attorney in 1999, Philip has acted as counsel for buyers, sellers, lenders and developers in over $2B of real estate transactions with a focus on multifamily housing for low- and moderate income families. In connection with these transactions, Philip has been instrumental in leading his and his client’s teams from the negotiation phase through the financial, physical and title-related due diligence process and creation and implementation of the capital stack to closing. In addition to his duties as an attorney, Philip was instrumental in managing various aspects of the conversion of a family-owned 30,000 square foot industrial building into a 26-unit multifamily apartment building which he continues to co-manage today. Currently, Philip is the Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Becker & Poliakoff, a multi-practice commercial law firm with attorneys, lobbyists and other professionals at offices throughout the East Coast. Mr. Rosen holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.

Since 2004, Mr. Latorre has been involved in over $1 Billion of value-add investment real estate transactions in the retail, multi-family, industrial and residential sectors as an investor, broker and online auction facilitator.Mr. Latorre began his real estate career in Orlando, FL, where he began purchasing and rehabbing single family homes. He then moved on to brokering the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, raising private capital for discretionary investment, and placing and trading debt. Justin’s subsequent experience in securing and selling commercial assets in an online auction format position him a leader in the future of commercial real estate – one of his core responsibilities was to identify, analyze, and evaluate over 5,000 commercial real estate investment opportunities. Overall, his experience and market knowledge have given him the ability to intelligently and imaginatively create value for his partners and investors.Mr. Latorre has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and minor in Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
