According to America’s Rental Housing 2020, a report from the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, 10.9 million renters – or one in four – spent more than half their incomes on housing in 2018 leaving little money for other basic needs, including food and healthcare.
How We Do It
We’re forming joint ventures and partnerships with experienced developers, owners, and operators to develop and/or purchase existing housing projects to ensure a net gain of housing for low- to middle-income renters.
